HOW TO REDEEM FREE SAMPLES?
1). Subscribe to our Newsletter in the home page or footer.
2). Go to the search bar on the top header right side of the website and type "Free Sample".
3). Click the product "Free Samples", pick the amount of samples (3 Maximum), then order by just paying the shipping expenses.
4). Your free Coffee Cubes samples will arrive from 3 to 6 business.
5). Try the Coffee Cubes samples. Cappuccino and Mocha are best with milk.
6). Check your email and fill our a Survey about the product.
7). Subscribe to our Monthly Coffee Cubes, to receive an order to your door every month.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Free Samples: The delivery for free samples takes about 3 to 6 business days in addition to a 24 to 48 period for processing the order. These orders are usually shipped in First Class Envelopes with tracking number. Check your email for tracking updates.
Paid Orders and Special Packs: These orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after being paid. The delivery time is from 2 to 4 business days after the processing times. This packages are usually shipped in Priority and Regional Boxes with tracking numbers. Check your email for tracking updates
Print on Demand, Mugs and Goodies: The processing time for this orders is from 24 to 48 hours after the order being placed. The delivery will take from 4 to 6 business days after processing, due to the printing and manufacturing that these products normally take. This packages are usually shipped in Priority and Regional Boxes with tracking numbers. Check your email for tracking updates
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Make sure you type in your correct address when making the order at checkout. However, you can change your Shipping Address, but it has to be quick. You need to call us to our direct line 877-431-2823 or email us at help@coffeecubes.com. The change of address must be made within a maximum of 12 hours after the order has been placed for us to guarantee that it will be changed correctly. We will make our best to change it, but if the order has been processed and sent to the USPS office, then we can't do anything.
WHY IS THERE A CHECKOUT LIMIT ON THE FREE SAMPLES?
Our Coffee Cube Samples are Free and we only charge for shipping and handling, however, this doesn't mean we are not paying to manufacture and produce the product. Thats why we consider that a limit of 3 sample packs is the maximum we can afford to give for free per customer.
*Free Samples: The flavors you pick are based upon availability for free samples. We will ship the flavors we have available or the 4 - 6 Flavor Sample packs if needed.
You will only receive 3 sample packs maximum per order, and the flavors you pick will be shipped upon availability. It means, that if don't have a specific flavor in stock, we will ship assorted flavors sampler instead.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you receive the order confirmation in your email, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email about 24 to 48 hours after placing the order. This email will contain instructions and link to track your order, as well as a USPS Tracking Number. You can either click on the Tracking Number, or go to USPS.com and use their tracking service.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Make sure you contact us no later than 12 hours after the order has been placed. We can cancel your order and issue a full refund, but it has to be before we process and ship the order. You need to call us to our direct line 877-431-2823 or email us at help@coffeecubes.com The cancelation must be made within a maximum of 12 hours after the order has been placed for us to guarantee that it will be refunded 100% correctly. We will make our best to cancel it, but if the order has been processed and sent to the USPS office, then we can't do anything, no refunds will be issued. No Exceptions.

All your orders are sent via USPS.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Samplestore.com system for your order.

HOW MANY FREE SAMPLES CAN I REDEEM?
Due to the limited quantity. You can check out up to 3 free sample packs in each checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY/EXPIRED/WRONG PRODUCTS/MISSING PRODUCTS OR OPENED BOXES?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any order that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at help@coffeecubes.com
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories. Please remember that products need to be unopened and without any type of use, to be changed.
1. In the event that the product you've received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the product and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the product for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.
2. In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the sample and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
3. In the event that you've received the wrong order, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent product and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll re-send the correct product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
4. In the event you've received your order with a missing item or product, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to customerservice@santocubes.com and after which, kindly give us a call at 877-431-2823 or email us at help@coffeecubes.com and our customer service representative will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
